Yes, a Premium Deep Cleaning has a starting price of $500 for houses and $300 for apartments. Final price depends on the size and condition of your home.
For an exact price on a Premium Deep Cleaning, we require an in-home walkthrough. You can also use our online estimate form to get an approximate price range.
For our Premium Deep Cleaning, a minimum of three cleaners is assigned. For larger homes, we assign four to five cleaners.
Our goal is to complete a Premium Deep Cleaning within one day (up to 8 hours). The exact time will depend on the size and condition of the home.
While our Premium Deep Cleaning is very thorough, it does not include washing carpets/upholstery, cleaning pet beds/cages/litter boxes/cat trees, cleaning garage, moving heavy furniture/sofas, decluttering, outdoor cleaning, laundry services, or hauling trash/junk.
For a Premium Deep Cleaning, we schedule an early morning start, with arrival between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
Being home is optional. Our cleaning team can follow your instructions and arrange secure access if needed.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance and can be paid by cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or credit card. A receipt will be provided for both the deposit and final payment.
Our Premium Deep Cleaning is designed to be the most comprehensive service. If you only need certain areas cleaned or there are many things you don’t want cleaned, our regular deep clean is a great alternative.
